"I am a landlord and have listed two properties on the Rent4u website for the past three years. The website saves me considerable cost in advertising and reduces the number of questions prospective tenants ask me on the phone. The site improves my image by demonstrating that I am organized and business like in managing my properties. And I feel prospective tenants who go to the site are more likely to follow through on an appointment to see the property because it is more of a known than an unknown.
